Task: To form a new Lucy switch base in poor ground conditions in minimal time.

We use a helical pile system, using air driven, hand carry-able tools to install bases in difficult to reach places. On this occasion, a failed switch meant this had to be installed as quickly as possible, minimising network outages. These bases are also available for unit subs and padmount subs.
