Task: This project was part the of the plant replacement programme and due to time constraints and PSI'd customers we were tasked with finding a solution to replacing the equipment, and the base as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The solution: to precast the base and deliver it to site on shutdown day, thus enabling the new transformer to be landed and connected immediately. 

Constructed in our manufacturing facility we can produce precast bases for all applications including multiple switch gear, EOS and FRMU switches. 

These can be delivered to site and lifted up to 16m, if required.
